Fix' Make-Up - Clarins (Sets make-up. Hydrates. Refreshes.)

Hi dear!

This is a completely novelty in my skin routine and it is something I bought in a duty free at the airport. I'm almost sure that I did not save too much in respect to the same product bought in a 'regular' shop. Wait, let's go to check directly in the Clarins website!

In the French website it costs circa 29 euros so I saved circa 4 euros! 

So, which kind of product is this one?

It is thought to fix make up, to hydrate and to refresh.

That's absolutely true!

When I bought this one, my flight has been delayed of more than 4 hours! Not enough, I have had to take a bus and go another airport! So imagine my happiness!

That day I was not wearing make up, because when I have to fly I don't like to apply foundation. But seen the situation, the dry air, it was also a sunny and quite hot day, I decided to spray this product by Clarins on my face every 30 minutes! And it worked very well, 

as refreshing and anti-stress!!!

All considered, applied over make up, makes it last all the day long.

It has also a very nice and delicate perfume.

My rating is a 10/10. A must have in each beauty case!

Face Mask - Purifying Neem Mask, Himalaya Herbals

Hi dear!

Recently I tried this Himalaya Herbals mask! It is dark green with some solid grains inside. So it acts also like a soft scrub.

It has a strange smell, but is not so bad or chemical.

All considered I would recommend this mask

as a purifying treatment. It is simple to use. You just have to apply it, let it works and finally remove it with hot water (even though it would be better cold water in order to close pores) and a sponge. Then I suggest to apply an hydrating cream.

My rating: 7.5/10

I have already tested other Himalaya Herbals products and I appreciate  a lot their quality.

Die Zauberin Nails - Naj Oleari Pearl XXL - Sparkling Effect 116 Lime

Hi dear!

This is not the manicure of the day but the manicure of months ago! By the way this nail polish is so pretty and particular that I like to show you some photos.

Unfortunately they are taken with my smartphone so the quality is so so... the brand is Naj Oleari, an Italian brand specialized in accessories and bags. But it has developed also a cosmetic line.

The initial cost of this nail polish was circa 6 euros. But I paid it circa 3 as I found a nice offer. The quality is very good and it resist very well, on me more than 1 week! The colour is so particular, vivid that it is almost impossible to find another nail polish similar to this one!

My rating 8/10

Face Mask - Geomar Maschera Purificante Effetto-Mat con Argilla Bianca e BIO Fiore di Malva

Hi dear!

As purifying mask I recently tried this one by Geomar, an Italian brand specialized in products for skin care. This mask is with white clay, so one has to wait that the clay dries and then remove all (gently) with a sponge.

I have read many negative reviews on the web saying that this mask irritates skin but in my case I did not experienced any irritation but an intense sense of freshness. It is a good idea to apply a thin layer of moisturizing cream after the treatment.

I've never tried a mask capable of such a freshness and to be sincere it is difficult to say if this is ok or not. Personally I prefer something more gentle but overall considered my rating is 6.5/10.

I have delicate skin and in case of very delicate skin this mask could not be indicated.

Foundation Primer - Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer Unificateur de Teint, Light

Hi dear, 

today I would like to present you this make up base I recently tried for a special occasion. This means that I don't use this product everyday, see the ingredients list!

By the way, it really works.

In the sense that, applying a nut of product in the so called T zone, your foundation will be fixed there for almost all the day. That's it!

As you can see this is a 12 ml size bottle, well, I decided to bought this one in order to finish the product in a reasonable time and don't waste money since it's not a product for the everyday.

My rating is 8/10.

It is transparent and it absorbs very rapidly. Skin appears soft and hydrated. After its use, in the evening, I suggest a purifying mask.

I paid it 12 euros circa. The bigger size of 35 ml costs 35 euros, so you wouldn't save money with the bigger size!

Pink Eye MakeUp with a touch of Green and Blue

I re-propose this combination of colours that I already used time ago. The palette here is always the Full Spectrum by Urban Decay!

Face Mask - Equilibria Argan maschera viso anti-age con Olio di Argan e Coenzima Q10

Hi dear!

Let's go on with another face mask!

This one is by Equilibria, an Italian brand sold in Italy..so, if you are planning a trip in this wonderful place surely you would find this brand in supermarkets or drugstores.

I paid this mask 90 cents, a good price for the quantity for the 2 treatments.

The treatment simply consist in the application of the cream all over the face then...to wait 10 minutes..but if you have more time, wait more! Then you have to remove the excess with a sponge and hot water. This mask, according to my experience, has 3 actions, first is hydrating, second nourishing and finally purifying! The perfume is not strong, and in my opinion it is a very good thing, since I tried a mask with a horrible perfume and this fact has influenced me negatively.

All considered I'm very satisfied by this product, my rating is a 7.5/10

Face Mask - Soft & Delicate Maschera viso rilassante e rigenerante

Hi dear!

I'm back again with a face mask, a tissue one. This is not well imbued like the Garnier hydra bomb ones but the liquid seems to be quite concentrated. After an application of 30 minutes, skin looks better.

The only thing is that skin is a little bit dry some hours after the treatment, so you'll have to apply a moisturizer. Then you'll be ok.

Usually I made these treatments before going to bed, so you'll have to apply a cream in the morning.

I paid this mask 90 cents in an Auchan. It is made in Italy.

My rating is 7.5/10

The perfume is delicate and it is enriched with coenzyme q10 and retinol.

Face Mask - IVR Máscara Purificante a la arcilla

Hi dear! Happy Easter!!! Hope you'll have some great time with your family!

This is a purifying mask of the brand IVR which means Instant Visible Result! This mask is produced by HQ (High Quality) too. Their philosophy is to propose high quality products in small formats and little prices, in fact this little bag costed me circa 2 euros. The applications calculated are 3, but, since in this case is important to apply a generous layer of mask in order to see the purifying effects, in 2 applications the bag ends..

By the way, I'm super satisfied by this product. It really works!

The skin appears clean, bright and soft. It is not necessary to apply a moisturizer after the treatment since the mask contains shea butter.

Summarizing, my rating is 8/10. A very good product to be used once a week.

It is very simple to use. You have to apply it uniformly (not near mouth & eyes). Wait until it is completely dry. Then remove it with a sponge!

Face Mask - HQ firming mask with Oat and Edelweiss

Hi dear!

In this period I'm testing some face masks since I noticed very good results on my skin. I tried different tissue masks, especially when I have no time but also cream ones. The point is to apply a generous layer all over the face (not near the eyes), to wait circa half an hour and then remove the excess or wait until complete absorption. This last point depends on the particular product we are talking about. In the case of these masks by HQ I strongly suggest to apply a thin layer of cream, to wait 30 minutes, then to massage till complete absorption. This cream is very rich so it is a shame to wash it out. It can last more than 3 treatments.

My rating is 8/10.

It is a very good product, skin appears immediately more luminous and soft.

Tissue Face Mask - Pomegranate Mask Rosella New York

Hi dear!

I'm back with another tissue face mask, this one is by Rosella New York, a brand I found in an Auchan supermarket.

It costed me circa 1 euro.

It is well imbued and easy to apply. It is a useful product in case you're traveling or after an airplane travel in order to hydrate skin! I've tested it just once but overall as an impact treatment my rating is 6.5/10

This rating because it is not as rich as the Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask.
