Face Gel Cleanser - HYDRA VÉGÉTAL Refreshing Gel Cleanser, Yves Rocher

Hi dear!

I'm back, finally, I've been away for a short holiday!

Today I have for you a review about this gel cleanser by Yves Rocher. This cleanser does not leave skin dry after its use and it cleans quite well. If you are wearing strong make up, it is a good idea to use a good micellar water before.

It costs circa 4€, so not the cheapest one you can find.

All considered, my rating is 7.5/10

I would buy it again.

Micellar Water - Hydrating micellar water 2 en 1, HYDRA VÉGÉTAL, Yves Rocher

Hi dear!

This week-end I went to a Yves Rocher shop and I bought something for my skin care routine, since I have almost finished the micellar water by Dermik Read here, a very effective micellar water.

So at Yves Rocher I bought for circa 7 € a set containing the micellar water and also a refreshing gel cleanser. Then, at the moment to pay I saw the raspberry lip balm (circa 2 €) so, I decided to give it a try. As a gift  I received two samples, one of micellar water (the same I bought...) and another one of face cream (Youth Energy Day Care - Normal to combination skin Elixir 7.9).

But let's start with the micellar water for today.

And let's start saying that it doesn't work as I would expected.

The Dermik micellar works well with every kind of make up (strong or not) but this Yves Rocher with strong make up is just water.

It works fine with soft make up but I do not buy it for this reason...

So the virdict is that I would use it as a tonic in the morning or in the evening after using a working micellar water.

My rating is 4/10 since it does not work as make up remover and its cost is not so low. Alone it costs circa 4 € if you have their card, if not, 7 €!

As a tonic is good, in the sense that it leaves skin clean and hydrated. But this is not the main objective of this product.

Fix' Make-Up - Clarins (Sets make-up. Hydrates. Refreshes.)

Hi dear!

This is a completely novelty in my skin routine and it is something I bought in a duty free at the airport. I'm almost sure that I did not save too much in respect to the same product bought in a 'regular' shop. Wait, let's go to check directly in the Clarins website!

In the French website it costs circa 29 euros so I saved circa 4 euros! 

So, which kind of product is this one?

It is thought to fix make up, to hydrate and to refresh.

That's absolutely true!

When I bought this one, my flight has been delayed of more than 4 hours! Not enough, I have had to take a bus and go another airport! So imagine my happiness!

That day I was not wearing make up, because when I have to fly I don't like to apply foundation. But seen the situation, the dry air, it was also a sunny and quite hot day, I decided to spray this product by Clarins on my face every 30 minutes! And it worked very well, 

as refreshing and anti-stress!!!

All considered, applied over make up, makes it last all the day long.

It has also a very nice and delicate perfume.

My rating is a 10/10. A must have in each beauty case!

Micellar Water - dermik dermocosmetica Agua Limpiadora Micelar para pieles sensibles - Deliplus

Hi dear!

I'm back with another review about a micellar water, this one is by Deliplus, a brand you can buy in the Spanish supermarkets Mercadona.

I bought this 2 months ago...it is endless and the quality very good!

This bottle contains 395 ml and the price is circa 3-4€.

It works well with waterproof makeup too, so my rating is 8/10, not a 10 because in my opinion the best, till now, is the L'Oreal one.

Soap Bars - I Provenzali Regalo Naturale agli Estratti di Frutta

Hi dear!

Today I am back with a review on a set of perfumed soap bars I bought during Xmas time... In that period of the year it is easy to fall in temptation! So, since I use a lot soap bars I decided to try this set..but I have been disappointed by the quality.

I Provenzali is an Italian brand that produces a lot of interesting natural products, see their page to have an overview.

I have already tried many of their products and I have always been very satisfied, but as a first review I have to say that these soaps are terrible, really!

1.the perfume is not good, too much synthetic, sweet...horrible!

2. the foam not creamy and not instantaneous

3. these soaps are not so delicate, they leave skin quite dry.

So, my rating is 5/10.

This soap has been formulated with the best that nature has been able to offer to our artisan soap makers. The recipe, which is already very high level formulation, was then enriched, in a natural way, elevating the standards of quality of our solid soap. Ruby Eye MakeUp & L'Oréal Skin Perfection Purifying Micellar Water vs Clarins Instant Eye Make-Up Remover

Here the make up of yesterday:

All the eyeshadows for this make up are from from the palette by Yves Saint Laurent Ombres 5 Lumieres - 2 Indian Pink:

MASCARA:the FULL EXPOSURE mascara by Smashbox, great product especially for sensible eyes, resistant and it works!;

EYESHADOW BASE: the usual Elizabeth Arden Advanced Eye Fix Primer;

EYE PENCIL: the brown eyepencil

 Eye Designer, colour brun foncé 402 by l'oréal;

Now, here a little review and comparison of two products that I'm using in this period:

1) L'Oréal Skin Perfection Purifying Micellar Water 
(in italian Acqua Micellare L'oréal)

My Vote (from 1 to 5 stars): *****

2) Clarins Instant Eye Make-Up Remover 

My Vote (from 1 to 5 stars): ** and */2

The winner, for me, is the first, the micellar water by L'Oréal is formidable, it simply WORKS! Ideal for eyes, for lips for everything!!! I've very sensible eyes, and this product is simply perfect and super DELICATE, I paid it 3,90€ (200ml)!

The Clarins Instant eye Make-Up remover, it's a good product, but it does NOT work so well as the L'Oréal one, there's no comparison, really. For example, when I remove mascara, I've to insist a lot using the Clarins remover, while, using the L'Oréal I've no effort to do!
 It is also a little bit oily and costs circa 20€ for 125ml...!

So, this is all for today, let me know what do you think about this 2 products!
