MakeUp Remover - I Provenzali Latte Viso Biologico Detergente al'Olio di Rosa Mosqueta Review

Hi dear!
Today I will review this gentle make up remover by I Provenzali, an Italian brand sold practically in all supermarkets and specialized shops in Italy. I found this particular product as a gift with the Italian magazine 'Donna Moderna'.

I will start saying that this is not the kind of make up remover I like to use. The reason is simple: it is not strong enough, also for light make up. It can not be used on eyes.

So, the only use I would suggest (and it is also written on the bottle) is to pass it with a cotton disc on face and neck, before a deep cleaning with water and your favourite cleanser.

Do you use this kind of products in your skin care routine?

My rating:5/10
I will not surely buy it.
Price: about 10 € for the 200 ml size.

That's all for today,
thanks for all the nice comments!
See you soon!

Kisses

BB Cream - Olay Touch of Foundation Light Review

Hi dear!
Today I will review this BB cream.. to be sincere finished ages ago!
I will start by saying that for 50 ml of product the price is very good, if I remember well about 5€.

It has not a high coverage, because it is a BB cream.
But it has an higher coverage if compared to a typical BB cream.
Its consistency is not fluid nor creamy but for sure facilitate a lot the application.

It is a product that works well in the morning when you have just 5 minutes. This BB cream gives, like the name suggest, a touch of colour. The effect is natural.

On me the light version has worked well on every season, also when the skin was bronzed. It is a shade that adapts well to a wide range of skin tones.

It resists well all the day long and it does not leave a shiny effect. It is super hydrating.
Aaand it has also a Sun Protection Factor of 15!
Be aware, do not apply it near eyes!!!
Unfortunately it contains parabens in its formulation.
Rating: 7/10
I don't think I will buy it again in the future.
Here some photos:

Elvive Extraordinary Oil in Cream - Review

Hi dear!
I'm back with a new review about an Elvive product,
this time I'm talking about this Extraordinary Oil in Cream.
Time ago I also reviewed the Extraordinary Oil, I like it a lot and I always have a bottle of it... together with a tube of the creamy version, because I like to alternate the products.
The cream is very good for an easy and fast styling, while the application of the oil requires more time, and generally I use it for extricating hair after having washed it.
The cream can be applied for nourishing hair in each moment you want. It leaves hair soft and silky.
This cream does not grease hair (1-2 teaspoons are enough).
The tube will last long and it contains 150 ml. The price is quite high in my opinion, about 7 euros.
My rating: 9/10

Have you ever tried this product, or something similar?
Let me know in the comments.
Here some photos and more information:

Gel de Baño Urea - 10 % de Urea - Deliplus (Review)

Hi dear!
Lastly I've been in a Mercadona supermaket (in Spain) and I found this shower gel for dry skin.
It contains 10 % of urea.

The price is just 2 € for 500 ml of product...

and believe me that the 'almost' same thing by Eucerin costs more than 10 €...

So, this shower gel by Deliplus is a great novelty in my shower routine. I recommend it to who, like me, has very dry skin.
For the entire body is necessary just a little quantity of product, a spoon I would say. It produces a rich and creamy foam.
Skin after shower is soft and hydrated.
My rating: 10/10
The perfume is fresh, not too bad.
I will surely buy this gel again and again.

Urea is a naturally occurring substance found in the surface layer of our skin, and it is an active part of our natural moisturising factor (NMF), which functions to keep skin hydrated, protected and working efficiently.

A healthy skin will typically contain 28 micro grams of urea per square centimeter a dehydrated, dry skin can see a reduction of as much as 50% and those with eczema as much as 80%.

Urea works in synergy with ingredients that create the molecular structure of the skin, such as lactic acid.

Combined, these two ingredients actively work to remove dead skin cells and substances from the horny layer, improving cellular turnover in the epidermis, helping to dramatically improve the water binding ability of the skin.

Review Aloe Vera & Rosa Mosqueta Bio-Gel by Cactus Care

Hi dear!
I'm back with a review about a very interesting and versatile product I've almost finished (see below...). I'm talking about the Aloe Vera & Rosa Mosqueta Bio-Gel by Cactus Care, a brand sold in Canary islands in HiperDino supermarkets but also on the internet.
Aloe vera can be used for many purposes.
Here the list I read on the product and my comments:

Anti-wrinkle and indulgent. [I am using this aloe vera gel mixed with almond oil, creating my own facial cream. I noticed that my skin appear hydrated and smooth.]

Capillary Mask. [not tested in this way]

Swollen Legs and Feet. [not tested in this way]

Natural Deodorant. [Not tested exactly in this way, but I applied it on my armpits after shower and skin remains hydrated and soft.]

Aftersun and aftershave. [As an aftersun is perfect and as aftershave too.]

Few remarks: It is a great product but its absorption is quite slow. It can leave skin a little bit sticky after the complete absorption. The good thing: it has no particular perfume.
I paid it about 6-7 €.
My rating: 7/10
I think I will try new aloe vera gels to see if they absorb better than this one.

Here the ingredient list:
aloe barbadensis (aloe vera extract), glycerin, propyleneglycol, cucumis sativus (cucumber extract), methylsilanol mannuronate (read more here), rosa canina fruit oil (rose hips oil), peg-40 hidrogenated castor oil, ethoxydiglycol, carbomer, viola odorata (violet extract), triethanolamine, diimidazolidinyl.

Soap Bars - Atkinson Country Musk , Fine Perfumed Soap

Hi dear!
I'm back with a new soap bar by Atkinsons, the Country Musk Fine Perfumed Soap. Qualitatively this soap bar is very similar to the previously reviewed Sandal Wood and Blue Lavander soap bars. The foam is very creamy and not aggressive with skin.
The perfume is fresh so I opted to use this soap for the cleaning of hands. The price is about 2 €. It is a long lasting soap (for hands 2-3 weeks)
My rating: 8/10
I will not buy again this soap, I've not been impressed by its perfume.
Here some photos:

Soap Bars - Atkinson Blue Lavander, Fine Perfumed Soap

Hi dear!
I'm back with a new review about a soap bar by Atkinsons, this is the Blue Lavender (Fine Perfumed Soap).
In terms of quality it resembles the Sandal Wood one.
But regarding the perfume..this lavender does not convince me. I have smelled better lavenders, like the one in the Eau de Toilette of the same brand...!
All considered is not a bad soap bar.
I used it for intimate hygiene and it is very delicate.
The price is about 2 €. It is a long lasting soap and produce a rich creamy foam.
My rating: 8/10 (for the perfume!)
I will not buy again this lavender soap.

Review - Omia Dermo Gel eco Biologico Aloe Vera

Hi dear!
I' back again with a product that has been tested by mum, so I report here her experience using this product.

We are talking of a gel with an high content of aloe vera (90 %).
It can be used every time you want to hydrate skin and to treat delicate or problematic skin.
In our case, it has been used preferentially after shower for re-hydrate skin.
But we want to report that this gel has acted very well in calming pricking, in our case in the scalp area.

This is a cruelty free product, not tested on animals.
Here the ingredient list:
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice*, Glyceryn*, Xanthan Gum**, Chondrus Crispus Powder (Carragenan)**, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Tatrasodium Glutamate Diacetate.
(*) Da Agricolutura Biologica (**) Origine Naturale.

The rating my mum gives to this product is good, since it is very versatile, it has no perfume and it effectively works!
The only point is that this gel needs time to be absorbed and it is better to apply it on wet skin. It is also a little bit sticky.
The price is about 7-8 euros
Rating: 7/10

That's all for today,
thanks for all the nice comments!

Review Bagno Seta erboristico all'olio di jojoba - OMIA laboratories

Hi dear!
I'm back with a product that I have not tested directly, in the sense that my mother is using it! I will report here her experience.

We are talking about a shower gel by OMIA laboratories, an Italian brand sold in supermarkets and in Acqua & Sapone, where we bought it effectively.
This shower gel (Bagno Seta all'olio di jojoba) is very delicate, because it is SLES free (Sodium Laureth Sulfate free) and it contains jojoba oil. Skin is not dry after using it, and in theory you can use it daily.
The perfume is not strong and in definitive it does not persist on skin, so it is ideal if you dislike strong/chemical scents.
It does not contain parabens. It costs 3/4 € for 400 ml.
Final rating: 8/10
My mother would like to try other products of the same brand.

Here more information and some photos:
Ingredients: Aqua, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Glycerin, Cocoglucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, PCA, Propanediol, Phenoxyethanol, Magnesium Sulfate, Tocopherol, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool, Parfum.
