I will review some samples received at Clarins stand when I went to buy my usual foundation! Sometimes shop assistants can be so generous!

So...Let's start!

Multi-Active Day Cream - All Skin Types, Crème premières rides antioxydante

This is the best cream between all. First, it has a marvelous fragrance...something powdery and flowery..a dream! The cream absorbs well and skin appears well hydrated. It is good as a base before applying make up.

I think I will buy the full size jar when I have finished other products opened.

My rating: 8/10

Now...let's move to a product thought for men...but since my husband does not use creams (...) I decided to try it on myself, ahah!!!

ClarinsMen Line-Control Cream

So what about this cream? It is very nourishing, too much, in my opinion. I started applying a very little quantity of product but it sticks a lot. The product is not absorbed well by skin.

I would not suggest this cream. Maybe for very dry skin is good. But the way I suggest to try a sample before buying the full size!

My rating: 5/10

Here we have another product for men!

ClarinsMen Shave Ease Oil

But this time my husband tried it!

Well, this product facilitate a lot shaving. The only thing is that it leaves skin sticky. Unfortunately the first ingredient is paraffinum liquidum. This is not so good.

By the way, it has a good minty perfume.

My rating: 6/10 because effectively works but the ingredient list is not so good.

Price: about 25 €

Multi-Active Night Cream - Normal to Combination Skin

This cream is very good, in the sense, you applied a very little quantity on your face and neck. Massage well and the cream is wonderfully absorbed. You will go to bed with a soft and nourished skin, not sticky! In the morning I have noticed that my skin was radiant!

My rating: 8/10

Fix' Make-Up - Clarins (Sets make-up. Hydrates. Refreshes.)

Hi dear!

This is a completely novelty in my skin routine and it is something I bought in a duty free at the airport. I'm almost sure that I did not save too much in respect to the same product bought in a 'regular' shop. Wait, let's go to check directly in the Clarins website!

In the French website it costs circa 29 euros so I saved circa 4 euros! 

So, which kind of product is this one?

It is thought to fix make up, to hydrate and to refresh.

That's absolutely true!

When I bought this one, my flight has been delayed of more than 4 hours! Not enough, I have had to take a bus and go another airport! So imagine my happiness!

That day I was not wearing make up, because when I have to fly I don't like to apply foundation. But seen the situation, the dry air, it was also a sunny and quite hot day, I decided to spray this product by Clarins on my face every 30 minutes! And it worked very well, 

as refreshing and anti-stress!!!

All considered, applied over make up, makes it last all the day long.

It has also a very nice and delicate perfume.

My rating is a 10/10. A must have in each beauty case!

Duochrome Eye MakeUp + Clarins Rouge Prodige True Colour & Shine Lipstick 121 Review

Finally I am back!!!

This is a look I created ages ago before the Easter holidays.

I created this look using the palette by Wet n Wild,

here the result:

All the eyeshadows are from the Comfort Zone E738 (Zone de Comfort) palette by Wet n wild:

EYESHADOWS: see above;

EYEPENCIL: the expression kajal by Maybelline brown 38;

MASCARA: Maybelline 3X volum'express;  

EYESHADOW PRIMER: the Advanced Eye Fix Primer by Elizabeth Arden.

Now, I'd like to talk you about this high quality red lipstick 

I'm using very often when I have a speccial occasion.

This is the Clarins Rouge Prodige True Colour & Shine Lipstick, True hold Colour & Shine number 121.

Clarins says: An unrivalled formula that delivers long-lasting lip colour, shine and hold that lasts for hours. High Fidelity Pearl technology ensures that colour and shine stay true for hours while this creamy, rich texture provides nourishing skin care benefits to lips. A wide range of colours to choose from to create your own glamorous look.

What I said: this lipstick is really long lasting. At first it is very shinig, then it becomes matte, but it does not dry lips at all.

On me resists well for 3/4 hours.

So I agree with what Clarins says.

Furthermore the colour I have chosen is really wonderful and special!

Double Winged Eye MakeUp + Clarins Joli Rouge Lipstick Swatch

Hi dear!

This is the look I was wearing yesterday,

I used the Comfort Zone Palette by Wet n Wild,

here the result:

I used 3 eyeshadows,

a bright one under the eyebrows, a rusty colour along the socket-line and a dark rusty to trace the eyeliner.

Here the colours:

EYESHADOWS: see above;

EYEPENCIL: no one;

MASCARA: Maybelline 3X volum'express;  

EYESHADOW PRIMER: the Advanced Eye Fix Primer by Elizabeth Arden.

Here I am showing you a wonderful lipstick I bought last summer

so I've had the time to test it a lot (as you can see!!!)

and so I can gave my honest opinion.

This is the Clarins Joli Rouge Gold Plum 727,

a sheer super hydrating and colorful lipstick.

This lipstick is not super long lasting, 

I applied it almost every day (early in the morning) to go to work, and generally it lasts well until lunch. Then it vanishes definitively. 

So I surely suggest you this product because it simply works!
