Soap Bars - Atkinson Country Musk , Fine Perfumed Soap

Hi dear! 

I'm back with a new soap bar by Atkinsons, the Country Musk Fine Perfumed Soap. Qualitatively this soap bar is very similar to the previously reviewed Sandal Wood and Blue Lavander soap bars. The foam is very creamy and not aggressive with skin. 

The perfume is fresh so I opted to use this soap for the cleaning of hands. The price is about 2 €. It is a long lasting soap (for hands 2-3 weeks)

My rating: 8/10 

I will not buy again this soap, I've not been impressed by its perfume.

Soap Bars - Atkinson Blue Lavander, Fine Perfumed Soap

Hi dear!

I'm back with a new review about a soap bar by Atkinsons, this is the Blue Lavender (Fine Perfumed Soap).

In terms of quality it resembles the Sandal Wood one.

But regarding the perfume..this lavender does not convince me. I have smelled better lavenders, like the one in the Eau de Toilette of the same brand...!

All considered is not a bad soap bar.

I used it for intimate hygiene and it is very delicate.

The price is about 2 €. It is a long lasting soap and produce a rich creamy foam.

My rating: 8/10 (for the perfume!)

I will not buy again this lavender soap.

Soap Bars - Atkinsons Sandal Wood, Fine Perfumed Soap, 125g

Hi dear!

I am back with a new review about soap bars. 

This one is by Atkinsons, a brand that produces perfumes and I have already reviewed in the blog.

This sandal wood soap has a wonderful woody and spicy fragrance!

It contains in fact Vetyver and Patchouli notes. A dream!

The foam is very creamy. This soap does not irritate skin and it is good also for intimate hygiene and for the bath. Skis is so perfumed then.

I paid it about 2 €, a great price for the product.

My rating: 10/10

I will buy it again for sure!

Atkinsons English Garden – Peach Flowers – Scented Water for the Body

Hi dear!

For Christmas I bought this scented water by Atkinsons. I already know this brand since time ago I reviewed English Lavender too.

This kind of fragrance is something new for me, it is juicy, sweet, it reminds me spring time. 

The head notes are pink grape fruit and clementine. The heart mixes peach blossom and magnolia resting on a base of sandalwood, musk and cotton. It is not exactly fresh, nor powdery not excessively sweet! Since it is a scented water the perfume is not too loud but the scent, believe me, will last a lot on clothes. I like when a nice perfume persists on clothes.

The bottle contains 200 ml, a huge quantity. I've paid it about 13 €, a good price in my opinion.

All considered my rating is 9/10.

Eau de Toilette - English Lavender by Atkinsons

Hi dear! 

As you probably know, in summer I usually go to Livigno in Italy. Going there does not mean only good views, trekking and mountains but also...perfumes and make up! How frivolous I am! But of course it is important to make some gifts to ourselves sometimes!

This year I bought this Eau de Toilette by Atkinsons named English Lavender. Surfing in the internet I read that the brand Atkinsons of London is a British perfume house founded in 1799. The brand has been relaunched recently in 2013 after a period off the market. This Lavender fragrance is one of their best seller and one of the first fragrances to be launched by the brand.

Now let's talk about this fragrance. I bought the 75 ml version since bigger ones have not the spray. This is for me a problem so I opted for the 75 ml with spray.

The fragrance is very natural/fresh and not strong at all. If you are searching for a perfume that will give you just a touch of scent of lavender and clean in general, it is the perfume for you. It is fresh and relaxing. It is perfect for these summer days when it is difficult to wear stronger perfumes.

In conclusion I say that this Eau de Toilette is a good choice in order to have a touch of flowery freshness.

My rating: 7.5/10

Price: I paid it circa 17 €

English Lavender by Atkinsons is a fine and elegant fragrance made from an accurate selection of the best lavenders, blended together following the traditional English recipe.

Everyday English Lavender leaves you with a pleasant freshness and a feeling of natural wellbeing.
