Aloe Vera Gel - Hidro Aloe by Flor de Mayo puro 98% Review

Hi dear!
I'm back with a review about an aloe vera gel I'm using in this period. I will start by saying that the package with the pump is so easy to use and it dispenses the right quantity of product.

I'm using this gel for hydrating my skin after the usual cleaning.
It needs some time to be absorbed and if it is not well massaged it seems to have a film on skin. Maybe this effect is also due to the Acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer contained in its formulation.

Lastly appeared a lot of pimples on my forehead. I stopped using oils and I apply only this aloe gel. The situation is better now.

I paid this aloe vera gel about 7 €. The bottle contains 250 ml.
It has no perfume inside.
My rating: 8/10
I will buy it again.

Shower Gel - Instituto Español Gel de Ducha Aloe Vera Review

Hi dear!

I'm back with a review of a shower gel I recently finished.

I'm talking about the Aloe Vera shower gel by the Instituto Español, a brand sold in Spain as can you imagine ;)

The bottle contains a lot of product.. 1250 ml!

It lasted ages and ages in my bathroom!

The good thing is that it is super delicate and hydrating.

It has a delicate perfume and the foam is rich and fresh.

The price was super convenient, if I remember well 1,5 €.

My rating: 8/10

I will buy it again.

Review Aloe Vera & Rosa Mosqueta Bio-Gel by Cactus Care

Hi dear!

I'm back with a review about a very interesting and versatile product I've almost finished (see below...). I'm talking about the Aloe Vera & Rosa Mosqueta Bio-Gel by Cactus Care, a brand sold in Canary islands in HiperDino supermarkets but also on the internet.

Aloe vera can be used for many purposes.

Here the list I read on the product and my comments:

Anti-wrinkle and indulgent. [I am using this aloe vera gel mixed with almond oil, creating my own facial cream. I noticed that my skin appear hydrated and smooth.]

Capillary Mask. [not tested in this way]

Swollen Legs and Feet. [not tested in this way]

Natural Deodorant. [Not tested exactly in this way, but I applied it on my armpits after shower and skin remains hydrated and soft.]

Aftersun and aftershave. [As an aftersun is perfect and as aftershave too.]

Few remarks: It is a great product but its absorption is quite slow. It can leave skin a little bit sticky after the complete absorption. The good thing: it has no particular perfume.

I paid it about 6-7 €.

My rating: 7/10

I think I will try new aloe vera gels to see if they absorb better than this one.

aloe barbadensis (aloe vera extract), glycerin, propyleneglycol, cucumis sativus (cucumber extract), methylsilanol mannuronate (read more here), rosa canina fruit oil (rose hips oil), peg-40 hidrogenated castor oil, ethoxydiglycol, carbomer, viola odorata (violet extract), triethanolamine, diimidazolidinyl.

Review - Omia Dermo Gel eco Biologico Aloe Vera

Hi dear!

I' back again with a product that has been tested by mum, so I report here her experience using this product.

We are talking of a gel with an high content of aloe vera (90 %).

It can be used every time you want to hydrate skin and to treat delicate or problematic skin.

In our case, it has been used preferentially after shower for re-hydrate skin.

But we want to report that this gel has acted very well in calming pricking, in our case in the scalp area.

This is a cruelty free product, not tested on animals.

Here the ingredient list:

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice*, Glyceryn*, Xanthan Gum**, Chondrus Crispus Powder (Carragenan)**, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Tatrasodium Glutamate Diacetate.

(*) Da Agricolutura Biologica (**) Origine Naturale.

The rating my mum gives to this product is good, since it is very versatile, it has no perfume and it effectively works!

The only point is that this gel needs time to be absorbed and it is better to apply it on wet skin. It is also a little bit sticky.

The price is about 7-8 euros

Rating: 7/10

Lanzaloe - Aloe Vera SPA Aceite Bifasico - Cultivo Ecologico Autentico de Canarias, Review

Hi dear!

This is what remains of the bottle of biphasic oil by Lanzaloe I bought last year during the marvellous holiday in Fuerteventura...

Yes, it remains an empty bottle! Ahah!

Originally the content was almond oil and Aloe juice. A great mix to be applied (before you have to shake it!) after one day under Canaries sun, it is super strong!

This biphasic oil is very nourishing so, I suggest you to use a very little quantity, better if your skin is moist after the shower.

Another interesting use of this product is for feet..my feet are quite dry sometimes. Using it regularly I noticed great results.

It is important to finish this biphasic oil in time, I mean about in 4-5 months, because it degrades quickly after the opening.

I paid it about 10 euro for 250 ml

My rating is 8/10.

Near Your Body Aloe Essence Bagnodoccia Rigenerente, Note marine ed estratto di Aloe Vera, Review

Hi dear,

today I will review this shower gel by Near Your Body a brand sold in the Italian supermarkets called Eurospin. I paid this 500 ml bottle about 1 €. 

The perfume is not strong nor chemical, the gel creates a rich foam if you use a wet sponge. It is necessary a small amount of product for the entire cleaning. Skin is soft and slightly perfumed. The ingredient list is not perfect (see last picture) but all considere

my rating is: 8/10

I will buy it again.

Soap Bar - Jabón de Aloe Vera by eJove

Hi dear!

This is a soap bar I bought time ago during one of my trips in Canary islands. This is a glycerin soap and it contains aloe vera juice.

Let's start saying that it has a strong and intense smell like tobacco!! By the way, this soap with water produce a marvellous foam. I would suggest it only for hands since it is not delicate for eyes or intimate hygiene.

It costed me 1,5€. All considered I would not buy it again, there are more delicate soap bars and I prefer them.

My rating: 6.5/10

Shampoo - Aloe Herbal 2160, Champú uso frecuente

Hi dear!

During my past holidays I bought some typical products of Lanzarote & Fuerteventura. Since I have long thin hair I decided to try this shampoo with great expectations, since it is supposed for frequent use and it contains aloe vera.

The reality is that this shampoo is very bad. It dries a lot my hair and they become impossible to be combed after its use.

So a very bad experience with this Aloe Herbal 2160 shampoo.

For the cost and its quality, my rating is 3/10.

Face Cream - Aloe Vera Cream (50ml) Aloe Care Privilege

Hi dear!

I'm back with a review about this cream by Aloe Care Privilege. This brand comes from the Canary Islands, in particular is produced/sold in the village of Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife.

As I have already said in other posts, I like a lot to try products like these, typical of certain regions/countries.

This is an high quality cream with good ingredients, such as aloe vera.

The only thing that I don't like is Dimethicone in fifth position..but fortunately the first one is Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice. It has quite a strong perfume of lemongrass, in fact it contains Citral as the last ingredients.

All considered is a good cream for the face, it is hydrating.

I paid it 4 euros. For the price and the quality, my rating is 8/10.

Surely, I will try other products of Aloe Care Privilege.

Soap Bars - Jabón ClassicAloe con Aloe Vera de Canarias, NutrAloe

Hi dear!!!

I'm back with another soap bar composed by glycerin and aloe vera.

It is a very good product, unfortunately I have not been able to find any information about the brand on the internet!

Basically my opinion is the same of the previous aloe vera soap bar I reviewed here. So, I'm super satisfied and even this time my rating is 10/10. These soap bars are ideal for everyday routine and they are very delicate.

Soap Bars - Jaboncillos de Glicerina y Aloe Vera, Lanzaloe, Autentico de Canarias

Hi dear!
Today I'm back with a beauty/hygiene product from the Canary islands! You haven't to go necessarily to Lanzarote to buy it, since this brand has also a shop on-line.

The ingredients are glycerin and aloe vera.

It is recommended for delicate/problematic skin.

I've been using this soap all this week and I'm very impressed!

It cleans very well and it has a nice & delicate perfume!

Unfortunately this soap is quite little (100 gr) and 'jelly', so it finishes quite fastly!

It is also nice to see, since it is transparent and green!

My rating: 10/10!
